

Your membership is comprised of three parts. First, you get full member privileges in the Flying Dutchmen, secondly a full membership in the Waterloo Rod and Gun Club, and also a MAAC membership.
The Model Aeronautics Association of Canada (MAAC) provides you with $5,000,000.00 of liability insurance coverage. You must have a MAAC membership to fly at our field or any MAAC or AMA (Academy of Model Aeronautics) sanctioned flying field in Canada or the United States.
With an average of 90 members per year, the benefits of membership in the KW Flying Dutchmen are numerous.
- 5 acre site with 500' X 300' manicured grass landing strip
- Summer and Winter flying, Indoor Flying
- Clubhouse with heat available in winter
- Clubhouse is serviced with electricity for charging batteries, lights, etc.
- Active social programs with BBQ's, Scale Rally, Funflys, monthly meetings during winter months
- Toilets on site
- Pop machine and fridge in clubhouse
- Webcams to see field activity online
- Dutchmen Field Online Weather Station to check current weather conditions at the field

You may need Adobe Acrobat (free) to view and print the applications. Additionally, membership applications can be obtained from the membership director, Tony Lockyer or some local hobby shops.
If you do not have, or have not renewed your MAAC membership, you can fill out that application as well. You must have a MAAC membership (AMA for visiting Americans) to fly at our field or at Floradale Dam. All rates below include MAAC and membership to the K-W Flying Dutchmen Club and the Waterloo Rod and Gun Club. Please make your payment by cheque and payable to the KITCHENER-WATERLOO FLYING DUTCHMEN.
